A NUMBER THAT LOOKS WRONG · A QUESTION THAT SHOULD HAVE WORKED · ANYTHING ELSE
The methods page promises that if you find a number that looks wrong, we want to know. This is where that goes. It's read by a person, there's no account to make, and you don't have to leave an address.
If it's a wrong number, the most useful thing you can include is the question you asked and the number you expected — that's usually enough to reproduce it exactly.
We keep your message, the page you came from, and the contact detail you typed — nothing else. Your IP is counted against a daily limit and never stored beside the message. The full version is on the terms page.
